Send it back? Are you kidding? I'm lovin' this stuff! Easy to grind, easy to store and wonderful to bake with! So far the waffles are excellent, cookies are delightful, sauces and gravies are easily thickened and oh the broth turned out per-fectly for homemade chicken and noodles! I believe I've only just begun to experiment... I typically do a lot more in the kitchen as the weather cools off and winter months keep us nestled in... need I say more? :-) Keep it well stocked!

If you are interested, I would be happy to speak about the results I have seen from Salba so far. As a nutritional bio-chemist, I am always looking for new whole foods that my clients can incorporate into their diet. We have all lost our instinctual way of eating and many of us live to eat rather than eat to live. Any whole food that can shore up a mod-ern diet and is easily incorporated into daily living is what my clients are looking for.

We had friends, family and staff members try the Salba first in order to feel comfortable with the product beyond just the scientific evidence. Most feedback was that it was a great product. It even went over well with kids because of it's "lack of any taste" - it goes undetected in cereal, muffins, etc. Some didn't even mind taking it straight!

Many people found they received increased energy, less blood sugar swings, and better moods.
